What is the Remote Support Client?
The remote support client is a custom application that allows your PC
to connect to Ironkeep's server and initiate a secure remote desktop session.
Using this tool, we can remote control your PC from our office and assist
you with configuration or troubleshooting without having to make a service call.
Requirements
- Microsoft Windows XP/2000
- Some versions of Norton firewall will exhibit problems with this and other software
- Please contact us if you are unsure about the requirements
Client Software Download
Using Remote Support
Please contact us before initiating a remote support request. Install the program by double clicking on the
ikremote.smi icon on your desktop. After the application has been installed there should be a new icon in your
start menu: "Connect to IK" click this to initiate the connection.
